How long will it take?
“Thanks for a great course. I had already studied an older version of the course but now it all makes sense. I’m glad I came to class.” Allen – Trainer, Bunbury
The course is self paced so you can work as hard as you like to finish. The volume of learning is such that 6 – 12 months is the norm for those with busy lifestyles. However Recognition of Prior Learning and being familiar with how vocational educational and training works in the workplace will help shorten the period you spend studying.
Amount of Training

This is a substantial qualification that once successfully completed carries significant legal responsibilities. You will be responsible for training and assessing the next generation of workers. Their safety and skill level depends on you doing a good job.
Will I pass?
There is no guarantee with competency based training. It’s up to you. We will provide you with quality learning material, practice based face to face training, one to one coaching and contextualising to your future training role BUT you must do the reading, take feedback, research the internet and make a commitment to work consistently on your assessments. This partnership is generally successful and the results are good. When you get your Certificate you will be confident that you have the skills and knowledge to perform well as a Trainer/Assessor or Training Coordinator.
